Our trip to Utah was spectacular! Every year I think the current trip will not be topped, but the following trip always seems to do just that. We started in UPALCO visiting with Seth's family for almost a week! The boys loved everything about the farm and kept busy helping grandpa.

We drove to Vernal to go to the dinosaur museum. It was a Monday morning so we had the place to ourselves. The boys LOVED the museum and I loved the new Cafe Rio in Vernal, who new?

Seth's parents were very generous and rented a massive cabin in Timber Lake so the whole family could get together for a mini family vacation. We were also able to celebrate Seth's Dads 60th birthday while we were there. We played games, ate more good food, and had a great time together.

My brother Tom lives in Heber, which was only 20 minutes from where we were staying with Seth's parent. His wife Kim had a baby the day we got to the cabin so we were able to stop by and meet their beautiful little girl Abby. I'm so excited our little girl will have a cousin around her same age!
We stopped and visited Donna and Bevan at the cabin on our way back to Salt Lake. We got the whole cabin experience in just two days. We ate delicious food (thanks Donna) and Donna and I were able to hike the full loop the next morning (we even hiked right into a moose and her "teenager" as Donna called it). After the hike we went to the fitness center to swim before we got back on the road.

Back in Salt Lake I was able to meet up with these beautiful women from High School. Who would believe we have 12 almost 13 kids between the five of us? The kids were left home and we had a great time catching up and reminiscing.

My sister Nora hosted a fancy barbecue for us at her house (grilled mushrooms and onions really do make a hamburger). I was so grateful my sister Vanessa was able to make the drive from Idaho for the party. John and Heather, Donna and Bevan, and Allen and Missy also came. It was great to see everbody

One of the highlights of the trip was going to the sealing of our Michigan friends Mandy and Eddie who now live in Salt Lake. They were sealed to their darling little boys Issac and Jonah. It was the perfect pretty bow to end a very difficult journey for the two of them. I'm so happy we were able to be part of it.

Mandy and the boys were nice enough to meet us downtown the day before we left to tour temple square.

Our friends Holly and Tim from Logan met us at the trax station so we could all take the "train" downtown to the Gateways Discovery Museum. It's a great museum and the kids had a wonderful time so Holly and I could catch up! We had our first babies together and now we're both on number 3! Where does time go?

We were able to have Sunday dinner with Collette, Mike, Effie, and Cassie. The boys loved the wii games they had and of course I loved the food. It was nice to spend more time with them.

This was how are boys dealt with the constant running from one event to the next:

The night before we left we went to North Salt Lake to visit Allen and Missy and have a birthday party for Carson. It was nice to end the trip with Papa Murphy's pizza (I had been craving the chicken garlic since we landed).

It was a wonderful trip, I can't wait for next year!
